1. Who is this training for?
- All professionals (butcher, pork butcher, caterer, farm-inn, on-farm canner, artisan canner, breeder and processor, restaurateur, etc.), autoclave operators, cooks... Using an autoclave sterilizer (all brands, new or used) requiring familiarization or improvement with the sterilization of canned food intended for resale to the public.
- The training is also aimed at business creators wishing to start an artisan canning activity.

2. Training duration:
From 1 day for autoclave operation to 2 days including notions of schedule validation and food safety.
Standard hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
3. Training prerequisites:
The autoclave operation training provided by COUDERT CONSTRUCTIONS / MASSILLY SERVICES does not require any specific prerequisites and is open to all professionals.
4. Training objective:
At the end of the 1-day autoclave operation training, the trained people must be capable of:
- Mastering the fundamentals of preservation (pasteurization and sterilization)
- Knowing how to use autoclaves
- Mastering all safety rules

5. Methods:
The topics are covered by specialized customer assistance technician trainers.
The pedagogical methods are deliberately concrete and practical:
- Reception of learners in a room made available by the client
- Training support documents: theoretical training using pedagogical materials given to trainees.
- Practical use and demonstration on the autoclave
6. Training access times:
- Maximum 10 trainees per session
- The training is accessible within a maximum of 1 month. The training date remains to be defined between the trainer and the trainee(s) based on everyone's availability.
7. Evaluation methods:
- An assessment of the acquired knowledge will be carried out by the trainer during the training
- A training evaluation form will be completed by each trainee
- At the end of this training, a certificate of completion will be issued to the trainees.
8. Educational resources:
The training takes place in 2 parts:
- A theoretical part, during which the trainee is given complete pedagogical support, as well as an appendix containing all the written elements and supports (texts of laws, examples of brochures, concrete examples of schedules or mapping, etc.).
- A practical part, during which the trainee will learn to handle their autoclave sterilizer and carry out a complete sterilization cycle. Supports such as the user manuals for their autoclave, usage recommendations, etc., will also be given to them.
N.B.: The installation of the autoclave (possible plumbing and/or electrical work, etc.) can only be carried out by approved professionals and not by Massilly Conservor or Massilly Services.
