Made in Auvergne, Le Parfait® jars are easy to use, ideal for pasteurization, sterilization in autoclaves or household sterilizers. They can also be used in lacto-fermentation. For optimal success with your Le Parfait preserves, be sure to always use Le Parfait Super jars with a new Le Parfait®® washer and change it after each sterilization. Each jar is supplied with a rubber gasket.
