Be sure to always use Le Perfect Super terrines with a new Le Perfect®® seal and change it after each use. Each jar is supplied with a gasket.
The jars of the Le Perfect brand are intended for both professional and domestic preservation/sterilization.

It's the perfect choice for storing your sauces, vegetables, fruits, chutneys, marinades or ready meals. Made in Auvergne, our jars are easy to use, ideal for pasteurization, sterilization in pressure cookers, bain-maries or to be used in a standard sterilizer. You can also use them as part of fermentation recipes (the joints resist the acidity of the preparations).
Be sure to always use Le Parfait Super jars with a new Le Parfait®® washer and change it after each use. Each jar comes with a washer.
Repeated opening and closing of these jars could damage them.
